Jupiter in Taurus

The wonderfully wise, expansive, and abundant planet that is Jupiter is moving! It will transit out of Aries and into Taurus starting May 1st 2024, and will stay in Taurus for about 12 months till May 15th 2025. Jupiter in Taurus, the sign of materialism, sensuality, stability, and patience, brings a focus on steadily growing your wealth, in establishing a solid foundation, in creativity and artistic expression, and also in indulging in pleasurable sensory experiences. 

The last time Jupiter was in Taurus was from May 2012 to May 2013. During this period, there was a notable emphasis on fostering financial stability as the world continued recovering from the 2008 crisis, paralleling Jupiter in Taurus’s focus in creating steady growth and stability. This definitely shares similar themes with the present day, as governments across the world continue trying to stabilize inflation post the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Also in 2012, food tourism suddenly rose in popularity with the help of social media platforms, which is a really perfect manifestation of a pleasurable Jupiter in Taurus sensory experience.
