A common request from clients is to describe their future partner. Jyotish can be used to shed light on this, giving detailed information on what to expect, and of course the periods that are most likely to result in a relationship. In this post, Gisele Bundchen’s partner will be described without using her husband’s chart. The post will focus on just her partner’s psychology and career so as to keep the length of the post manageable, but much more detail can be gleaned during readings.
Gisele is a Brazilian supermodel, and is married to New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady. For non-American readers, a quarterback’s job is to quickly find weaknesses in a defense, and throw the ball accurately to his receiver.
Gisele's chart is shown below:
Firstly, Gisele’s 7th house (relationships) is occupied by the Sun and Rahu. The Sun makes her proud of her husband, and gives her partner a tendency to be a leader. Gisele’s Sun is in a constellation called Pushya, ruled by Brihaspati, the teacher of the Gods. This makes her partner an advisor of other people, a role he performs everyday as he directs his receivers to run appropriate routes. Rahu is in a constellation called Ashlesha, ruled by the deified serpents. This constellation is thus associated with the stories of the warrior serpents, symbolism that manifests in Gisele’s life as bringing an ambitious and military-general-type partner. This is certainly true as the quarterback is often likened to a field general, commanding his team to run plays.
On her partner’s career, we look at Mars as it rules the 10th house from the 7th. Mars is in Virgo, making her partner analytical and demanding in his career. Mars is in Hasta, which is symbolized by a hand, shows Gisele’s partner would have a job that combines physicality and aggression (Mars) with analytical skill (Virgo), and have something to do with the hands (Hasta). Being a professional quarterback, Gisele’s partner fits the bill as his job is to analyze and diagnose the defense, and then throw the ball accurately with his hand.
Her 7th house falls in Cancer, showing a different side to her partner - Cancer brings her a caring and supportive husband. Cancer is ruled by the Moon, which is placed in Libra, making her husband charming, diplomatic, and charismatic. We can’t assess how caring he is without asking Gisele, but on being charming and diplomatic - Brady is famous for never saying the wrong thing in interviews.
Briefly on to Gisele's divisional chart for her partner:
Looking at her divisional chart for her partner, we firstly see the ascendant falling in a constellation called Shatabhisha, which means possessing a hundred physicians. It is also associated with alternative and progressive forms of healing, and hints at Brady’s training regiment called the TB12 method - an unconventional sports philosophy that emphasizes injury prevention and flexibility (versus the traditional weight lifting). Staying with her divisional chart for her partner, we also see Mars (the ruler of the house of career) form a combination that creates a military general - further emphasizing a career associated with leading men into competition.
In summary, Gisele's chart clearly shows the kind of partner she would have in her life.
In this post, we will examine the psychological tendencies of Donald Trump, the current Republican Presidential candidate. These psychological tendencies, when fleshed out clearly, can be a useful tool in increasing the awareness of the client’s own thought patterns.
Mr Trump’s ascendant (rising sign in the East when he was born) is in Leo, the sign of expression, drama, and flair. This theme is continued with his Sun being placed in the 10th house (career), making him project his personality out into the world. His Sun is in Taurus, the sign of material wealth, which makes him want to show the world a strong financial position. Specifically, his finances are tied to property, as his ascendant is in the constellation of Magha, symbolized by a throne room.
Donald Trump’s Moon is in Scorpio, a metamorphic sign full of upheavals and change, where the Moon’s peaceful, caring and nurturing energies are not expressed easily. This shows a completely different internal thought patterning than the brave and fearless Leo ascendant. Ketu, the planet that brings disappointments, is also placed here, making him feel emotionally unsatisfied. In addition to both these negative placements, two fiery planets Mars and the Sun are also looking at the Moon, giving him a tendency to feel angry often. All these factors combined give Trump an unsettled mind, prone to fluster and distress.
The Leo ascendant gives him a strong desire to tell you his story, and combined with the aforementioned agitated mind, this makes him have a tendency to feel inferior and overcompensate. The Moon and Ketu are both placed in a constellation called Jyeshtha. Jyeshtha is ruled by Indra, the ruler of the heavenly beings in the Vedas. He is a conquering warrior, and has many physical encounters with women. The negative placement of the Moon here suggests that he may have the tendency to feel inferior and overcompensate in battle (business) and with women. An example of this was when he masqueraded as his own publicist and spoke about himself in third person: “Actresses, just call to see if they can go out with him and things”, that Madonna “wanted to go out with him”, and that Trump had “three other girlfriends.”
Combined, both psychological tendencies play themselves out, as Trump is inwardly uncertain but wants to project an outward show of confidence to the world.
